Return Eligibility
Our policy lasts 30 days on most unopened products. If 30 days have passed from the delivery date, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
No returns, refunds or exchanges on any products not able to be sold because of any causes beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, riots, insurrection, terrorist attacks, government regulatory actions, acts or decrees of governmental or military bodies, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, or any other force majeure event.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Wholesale Orders
Please note that wholesale orders are not eligible for refunds.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
